Welcome to our upcoming conference. Please review the following information carefully to ensure smooth participation.

The main conference sessions will take place from July 28th to July 30th.

A one-day excursion will be organized on July 31st.

Only abstract submissions from registered and paid participants will be included in the program.

Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received before the deadline.

Presenters must complete registration and payment in advance to secure a presentation slot.

Registration fees include access to all sessions, coffee breaks, printed program, and meals. Accommodation is not included.

Requests must be submitted in writing by June 16, 2026: full refund minus US$50 fee.
20% charge applies if cancelled on or before June 23, 2026.
30% charge applies if cancelled on or before June 28, 2026.
No refund after June 29, 2026.
On-site registration payments are cash only.
No refund for no-show without prior notice.

Participants in China may complete payment via domestic bank transfer.
