Registration – IFFS Conference in Kuala Lumpur

Welcome to our upcoming conference! We kindly request participants to review the following important dates and activities schedule to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

Conference Program : The main conference sessions will take place from July 28st to  July 30th.

One-day Excursion : To conclude the conference, we have organized a one-day excursion on July 31th.

Registration Fee:

USD 400 for international participants
RM 1,500 for Malaysian participants

Registration Process:

Only abstract submissions from presenters who have completed registration and paid the fee by the specified deadline will be considered for inclusion in the symposium program. Registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received by the prescribed date. If presenters wish to cancel their registration, the registration fee will be refunded conditionally. Timely payment is necessary to secure a slot in the program. Presenters must register and submit payment before the advance deadline in order to be scheduled for a presentation at the symposium.

Registration fees include admission to all technical sessions, access to coffee break areas, the printed program, and meals. Lodging costs are not included.

Please Note:

All requests for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing by June 16, 2026. A full refund of the conference fee, minus a US$50 administrative charge, will be processed for cancellations received by this deadline.

The registration fees are refundable less a 20% processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before June 23, 2026, or less a 30% processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before June 28, 2026. Registration fees cannot be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after June 29, 2026. On-site registration payments are accepted in cash only.

Please direct all such requests to the conference assistant at imd@uestc.edu.cn, especially if you are a speaker or presenter. Refunds will not be provided to attendees who fail to appear without prior notice.

Best Student Paper Award
A student competing for best student paper award must be listed as the first author as well as the presenting author of a paper submitted for oral presentation. A full-length paper of 5-10 pages is required for the evaluation of the technical quality.
