Registration fees include admission to all technical sessions, access to coffee break areas, the conference program, and conference meals. Accommodation, transportation, visa application fees, and other personal expenses are not included.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests must be submitted in writing by September 10, 2026: full refund minus US$50 administrative fee.
20% charge applies if cancelled on or before September 17, 2026.
30% charge applies if cancelled on or before September 24, 2026.
No refund after September 25, 2026.
On-site registration payments are cash only.
No refund will be issued for no-shows without prior written notice.
