The registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, access to coffee break areas, the conference program, and conference meals. Accommodation, transportation, visa application fees, and other personal expenses are not included.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests submitted before the conference begins on October 23, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
For cancellation requests submitted on or after October 23, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be deducted from the refund.
